The client’s brief was to live and enjoy a house that would embrace the stunning landscape surrounding it. Every social and private area seamlessly connects to open spaces, decks, and gardens, creating a constant dialogue between the indoors and the natural world.
The home's heart is a spacious, open living and kitchen area, the primary hub for indoor-outdoor living. A large pocketing sliding glass door opens onto a covered patio, allowing the space to double in size when fully opened. This communal area is designed to bring everyone together, fostering shared moments of relaxation and joy, while also offering the flexibility for each person to retreat to their private space when desired.
