Designed in 1960 by Jack West and Elizabeth Boylston Waters, this landmark art studio was originally commissioned by painters Dorothy and Hilton Leech. Today, it's been carefully restored into a modern residence — without losing its soul. The Round House.
Every decision respected the original architecture while upgrading the interior layout to accommodate the master bedroom and bath, as well as the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, to current standards.
